President Manabu Bonkohara pays a courtesy visit
on Taiwanese President Chen Shui-Bian
"Cooperating on Taiwan-Japan technology exchange"
ZyCube (Tokyo, Japan) president and CEO Manabu Bonkohara paid a courtesy
visit on Taiwanese President Chen Shui-Bian at Presidential House in Taipei,
Taiwan.
Bonkohara was invited for "The 26th Taiwan-Japan Modern Engineering
and Technology Symposium" in Taipei which is aimed for technology
exchange between Japan and Taiwan. The symposium had the courtesy visit
on Taiwanese President Chen Shui-Bian.
Bonkohara spoke during the symposium titled "3D Chip Stacking with Vertical Interconnect" on June 13 at Industrial Technology Research Institute in Taipei
